Here is a very fine Meiji period Japanese silvered bronze standing Daruma okimono sculpture. It measures 16" tall x 6.5" at its widest.
It has gold inlaid eyes and is signed in a cartouche on verso. I haven't been able to identify the artist but the work is similar to Miyabe Atsuyoshi. He has original beautiful dark patina.
He is missing one applied earring and a small piece of wave at base edge (see pictures). Overall excellent condition for its age. Pictures should tell the story.
